North Group has undertaken line concrete pumping throughout the Greater Auckland region – on large residential and commercial projects.

2018 PROJECT : WAIKATO EXPRESSWAY

North Group has been contracted to provide line pumps to pump blockfill into the Waikato Expressway

Our work involves:

  • Clear communication with Site Managers, Blocklayers and Concrete suppliers.
  • Ensuring correct slump delivered on site.
  • Adequate bracing for blockwalls.
  • Pumping 20m3 + in a single day.
  • Vibrator used at all times to ensure no voids in blockwork.
  • Health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.

2017 PROJECT : PAREMOREMO PRISON

North Group has been contracted to provide line pumps to pump blockfill into the AUT and MUT site of the Paremoremo Prison. This project requires pumping 35 mpa into blockwork.

Our work involves:

  • Clear communication with Fletcher Construction, Site Managers, Blocklayers and Concrete suppliers.
  • Ensuring correct slump delivered on site.
  • Adequate bracing for blockwalls.
  • Pumping 40m3 + in a single day.
  • Vibrator used at all times to ensure no voids in blockwork.
  • Health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
