North Concrete Pumps has undertaken line concrete pumping throughout the Greater Auckland region – on large residential and commercial projects.
CURRENT PROJECT : PAREMOREMO PRISON 2017
North Concrete Pumps has been contracted to provide line pumps to pump blockfill into the AUT and MUT site of the Paremoremo Prison. This project requires pumping 35 mpa into blockwork.
Our work involves:
- Clear communication with Fletcher Construction, site managers, block layers and concrete suppliers.
- Ensuring correct slump delivered on site.
- Adequate bracing for blockwalls.
- Long distance pumping
- Pumping 40m3 + in a single day
- Multi-storey
- Vibrator used at all times to ensure no voids in blockwork.
- Health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
